12 meetups over the span of 6 months
Sessions varying from 60-90 minutes
Optional access to a virtual 60 minute yoga class included at no charge prior to each session

WHAT'S INCLUDED​​
Included yoga classes prior to each Women's Wellness session
Moving the body first can help us to feel grounded, more open and encourage full integration of the group coaching experience.
Eve's explorative vinyasa flow yoga classes connect breath with movement, becoming a moving meditation that creates strength and allows space for fluidity in the physical and emotional body.
Yoga will be held from 6-7pm, just before each coaching session, and is an optional component of the program.

Your Women's Wellness Coach
Eve Farwell founded her business “Seed of Mind Wellness” in 2020 with a mission to make the benefits of yoga, herbalism, and holistic health accessible to the rural population of Philipsburg, Montana and beyond.

Eve received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned about more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she can help you create a completely personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Eve practices privately in Philipsburg, MT and virtually, coaching clients on how to reach their goals for health, weight loss, and stress reduction.
