Followed by a calming crystal singing bowl sound bath to nourish your nervous system, release tension, and restore wholeness within. Mindfully end the workshop with a meditative walk through the lavender field, hand-picking your own mini bouquet to take home. Bring cutting shears, yoga mat, + any props you wish to have. Space is limited - sign up ahead to guarantee your space! $35 per person
